My Myasthenia

My Myasthenia is a patient-led awareness campaign designed to humanize the lived experience of Myasthenia Gravis (MG), a rare autoimmune neuromuscular condition that causes muscle weakness and fatigue.

Despite its life-altering impact, MG remains largely unknown to the general public. This project aimed to bridge that awareness gap through intimate visual storytelling, translating personal experience into accessible, emotionally resonant communication.

Originally developed within a storytelling course, the project evolved into a purpose-driven social awareness initiative in collaboration with the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America.
